网通厂建汉（3062）今日董事会通过买回库藏股，预计自5月13日至7月12日，买回5,000张库藏股，买回库藏股区间价格15.5元至33.6元，公司股价低于区间价格将继续买回，预计买回股放金额上限为14亿元。
建汉指出，买回库藏股目的将转让股份予员工，买回股份占公司已发行股份总数比例为1.51%。

建汉董事会也通过今年第1季财报，营收为6.59亿元，营业净损为1.25亿元，日前建汉处分台扬持股，贡献业外收益约1亿元，归属母公司业主净损为160万元，每股税后净损益为0元。
